About this role
Director of Demand Generation leading global demand generation at Sokin, a next-generation B2B financial services provider enabling faster, lower-cost global payments. Reporting directly to the Chief Growth Officer, this role owns strategy, channel mix, and commercial outcomes across the full customer journey from awareness to retention.
Lead performance marketing strategy and execution across paid search, paid social, programmatic, and retargeting channels. Establish and optimize lifecycle marketing programs that support prospects and customers throughout their journey. Drive ongoing conversion rate optimization across campaigns, landing pages, and lead journeys.
Build and develop a high-performing team starting from one direct report, creating capabilities for future growth. Partner with regional marketing leads to provide frameworks and execution support across international markets. This is a function leadership role for someone who wants to build something significant.
You will own pipeline reporting, attribution, and performance insights, translating data into action. Support customer retention, cross-sell, and upsell initiatives through targeted campaigns and marketing automation. Requirements
- Significant experience leading B2B demand generation functions within high-growth organisations.
- Proven track record of building and scaling teams, processes, and capabilities.
- Expertise across paid media, demand generation, and performance marketing channels.
- Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM platforms for pipeline management and attribution.
- Strong analytical skills to drive conversion rate optimization and performance insights.
- Ability to partner with regional marketing leads and senior stakeholders across multiple international markets.
