Join a truly global, collaborative team of professionals in Marketing and Business Development. Support M&BD activities for the Financial Institutions Sector, including Digital Assets and Blockchain (DAB), FinTech practices, and Financial Services. Play a critical role in client development and profile raising initiatives globally.

Deliver profile raising objectives from FIS, DAB, FinTech, and Financial Services business plans. Maximise revenue growth from existing and prospective clients across the sector. Coordinate people, knowledge, and resources effectively while handling pitching, client targeting, and competitor analysis.

Work within a well-established global M&BD team covering Clients and Sectors, Practice M&BD, Communications, Operations, and Client and Market Solutions. Operate in a supportive, close-knit team across new and emerging markets. Collaborate closely with global team members to align programmes with firm and sector priorities.

Engage in the full range of M&BD activities including credentials production, cross-selling, marketing campaigns, events, communications, directory, and awards submissions. Leverage opportunities in dynamic areas like DAB and FinTech. Contribute to strategic growth in key financial markets.

Requirements

  • Self-motivated and enthusiastic approach to M&BD in financial institutions sector
  • Experience supporting Digital Assets and Blockchain (DAB) and FinTech practices
  • Knowledge of Financial Services regulatory areas and Hogan Lovells Consulting
  • Proven ability in leading pitches, RFPs, and business development presentations
  • Skills in client targeting, cross-selling, and competitor analysis
  • Expertise in profile raising via events, communications, directories, and awards
  • Ability to coordinate global M&BD programmes supporting sector priorities
  • Analytical capabilities for BD planning and market solutions

Responsibilities

  • Support global sector and practice leads on formulation and execution of integrated campaigns and business development plans
  • Work with partners to develop and implement BD activities in accordance with plans and budgets
  • Lead responses to RFPs, customised pitches, and business development presentations across DAB, FinTech, and Financial Services
  • Deliver profile raising initiatives and objectives from FIS, DAB, FinTech, and Financial Services business plans
  • Maximise opportunities to grow revenues from existing and prospective clients across the sector
  • Conduct client targeting, cross-selling, sector and competitor analysis
  • Raise firm profile through marketing campaigns, events, communications, directory, and awards submissions
  • Produce credentials and other marketing collateral
