Paysafe is a global payments platform powering the experience economy, with a strong focus on iGaming, video gaming, e-commerce, retail, travel and hospitality sectors. With 30 years of expertise, Paysafe offers seamless, secure payment solutions including card payments, digital wallets like Skrill, and PaysafeCard. We seek a senior commercial leader with proven track record of exceeding new business revenue targets in Banking/Fintech to join as Senior Sales Manager.
This role focuses on expanding adoption of Paysafecash, our industry-leading cash solution for digital banks and fintechs, already implemented by Revolut, SumUp, N26, Deutsche Bank, BBVA, ING and other FIs across DACH, EU and UK. Paysafecash enables consumers and businesses to deposit and withdraw cash through thousands of retail locations, bridging digital banking with physical cash infrastructure. Drive new revenue growth by selling to leading banks and fintechs in key European markets like Germany/DACH, UK, Western Europe, Southern Europe and CEE.
Report to the Senior Manager Financial Services within our Revenue org. Follow a hybrid working model, spending an average of three days per week at office hub locations in London on Gresham Street next to St Paul’s or Berlin in Bikini Berlin near Kurfürstendamm. German native speaker or C1 level is a strong plus for this position.
Build a strong network across the sector, enhancing reputation as subject matter expert and developing brand awareness. Lead full-cycle strategic sales motions from outbound prospecting to contract signing with deep understanding of product, regulatory and operational requirements. Requirements
- Proven track record of exceeding new business revenue targets in the Banking/Fintech industry
- Senior commercial leader experienced in strategic sales to financial institutions
- German native speaker or able to speak German at least to C1 level (strong plus)
- Experience selling payment solutions to digital banks and fintechs
- Deep understanding of product, regulatory, and operational requirements in fintech
- Ability to engage multi-stakeholder buying centres in product, technology, commercial, and operations
- Knowledge of European markets including DACH, UK, Western Europe, Southern Europe, and CEE
Responsibilities
- Drive new revenue growth by selling Paysafecash to leading banks and fintechs in key markets in Europe (e.g. Germany/DACH, UK, Western Europe, Southern Europe, CEE)
- Build a strong network across the sector, enhancing reputation as a subject matter expert and developing brand awareness
- Lead full-cycle strategic sales motions—from outbound prospecting and discovery to solution design, commercial negotiation, and contract signing
- Engage multi-stakeholder buying centres across product, technology, commercial, and operations leadership to drive consensus and secure long-term partnerships
- Prospect and qualify opportunities with digital banks and fintechs seeking cash deposit/withdrawal solutions
- Demonstrate deep understanding of product, regulatory, and operational requirements in payments
