Requirements
- Specialization in the Financial Services domain, including Retail, Commercial, Payments, and Lending.
- Proven experience leading and managing large-scale transformation programmes end-to-end.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills at senior level.
- Deep knowledge of scaled agile SAFe delivery and product management.
- Ability to define and manage programme governance including risk and budget oversight.
- Experience implementing effective change management strategies.
- Understanding of latest digital and AI-led transformation trends in financial services.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage large-scale transformation programmes end-to-end delivery, aligning with both client goals and industry best practices.
- Build and manage relationships with senior stakeholders and SMEs, influencing decision-making in line with business goals.
- Create structure for transformation programmes including target operating model and roadmaps, managing alignment across people, process, technology, and business objectives.
- Orchestrate programmes across multiple entities as well as internal and external stakeholders.
- Own, define and manage Programme Governance including plans, timelines, resource allocation, risk management, budget oversight and status reporting.
- Implement effective change management strategies to promote adoption of new processes and technologies within client organizations.
- Leverage deep knowledge of scaled agile SAFe delivery and product management to liaise between business and tech, define and prioritize technical requirements.
- Serve as the bridge between technical delivery team and business product owners, using design thinking to foster innovation.
