About this role

Consultants have responsibility for project deliverables, solution implementation and generation of project results. They contribute to project workstreams and interact with the project team daily to ensure engagement success. This includes supporting day-to-day operational meetings with client sponsors and consulting leaders.

Consultants prepare and communicate well-organized, effective reports and presentations to client and internal executives. They design project plans, own project status reporting, and manage tracking of client deliverables. Work involves mapping existing processes using Microsoft Visio with business units and process owners.

Consultants conduct detailed analysis on client projects and turn findings into actionable insights through compelling narratives using Microsoft Powerpoint, PowerBI or Tableau. They assist Senior Consultants and Managers with assessing, measuring, monitoring, reporting and remediating operational risk and controls in business processes.

Consultants build and maintain strong internal and external relationships while supporting responses for Request for Proposals. They help clients develop or implement operational risk management frameworks aligned with regulatory requirements across multiple jurisdictions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 1 or more years of experience of banking industry or commercial financial services consulting.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced challenging and client focused environment where priorities and scope may change quickly.
  • Ability to travel for client engagements if required.
  • Right to Work in the UK e.g. UK Passport, Ireland Passport, Indefinite Leave to Remain, EU Settled Status.

Responsibilities

  • Support team in preparing responses for Request for Proposals for prospective clients.
  • Help clients develop or implement operational risk management frameworks aligned with regulatory requirements in multiple jurisdictions.
