Our M&A practice is among a small group of elite firms at the top of the market, advising leading companies on complex transactions while combining global standards with in-depth local expertise.
Advise clients on the full range of public and private transactions, from complex multi-billion-pound cross-border deals and strategic joint ventures to major divestments, demergers, unsolicited takeover approaches, defence strategies, and governance issues. Provide solutions-oriented advice on multi-jurisdictional matters with strong sector focus and deep regulatory understanding.
Work within an award-winning team of 15 partners and 38 associates, part of a wider corporate group including private equity, FIG, Tech Digital, antitrust, and other specialisms. Collaborate with world's leading public and private corporations, investment banks, financial institutions, governments, and international bodies across Europe, Middle East, Africa, US, and China outbound deals.

Requirements
- Excellent technical skills in corporate/M&A
- Understand commercial implications of legal advice
- Deliver workable recommendations that achieve right outcomes
- Highly collaborative working style
- Maintain outstanding service levels from start to finish
- Experience with complex multi-jurisdictional transactions
- Knowledge of cross-border deals spanning Europe, Middle East, Africa
