Requirements

  • Qualified solicitor with corporate practice experience
  • Knowledge of UK Corporate transactions
  • Familiarity with cross-border M&A deals
  • Understanding of public and private transactions
  • Expertise in strategic joint ventures and divestments
  • Ability to handle takeover defences and governance
