Requirements

  • Strategic marketing leadership combining commercial acumen and execution
  • Proven senior stakeholder management across diverse business units
  • Experience leading global and local media agencies and creative partners
  • Ability to translate business priorities into customer-led strategies
  • Expertise in insight-led content creation and channel selection
  • Skills in designing scalable operating models with governance
  • Track record building marketing centres of excellence
  • Knowledge of insurance or reinsurance markets

Responsibilities

  • Translate business priorities and growth levers into marketing strategy and execution
  • Act as senior marketing consultant to country managers, European Committee and key stakeholders
  • Enable local and regional marketing and communications activities consistent with global brand
  • Design integrated marketing campaigns, propositions and content strategy aligned to commercial priorities
  • Ensure marketing activity is activated through effective channels, formats and positioning
  • Manage significant senior stakeholders with focus on European Markets
  • Coach and develop marketing talent to create a high-performing centre of excellence
  • Partner with media agencies to brief, shape, prioritise campaign assets and ensure right channel mix
