About this role

Payhawk is a leading global spend management solution for scaling businesses, combining company cards, reimbursable expenses and accounts payable into a single product. We're looking for a Product Marketing Manager to lead the creation and optimisation of one of our global cross-functional GTM Pods strategy.

You will become an expert and centralize understanding of our buying audience, becoming a market expert for our product including competitor strengths and target audience pain points. You'll oversee the process for creating impactful product positioning, value propositions and messaging, ensuring consistency across all teams.

This role reports to the Director of Product Marketing, working closely with product leadership and strategically leading a team of marketing experts. You will partner with Product on design sprints and product strategy, becoming a conduit between the Product and Commercial teams for strategic alignment.

Requirements

  • 2+ years B2B product marketing or equivalent experience
  • Ideally experience in B2B SaaS and/or a high-growth startup environment
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to collect and synthesize information into compelling go-to-market strategies
  • High attention to detail and strong collaboration skills
  • Passion for both the commercial and technical sides of a SaaS business

Responsibilities

  • Become an expert and centralize understanding of our buying audience (customers & personas)
  • Become a market expert for our product, including competitor strengths/weaknesses and target audience pain points
  • Oversee the process for creating impactful product positioning, value propositions and messaging, ensuring consistent rollout
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales Enablement to produce impactful campaigns and content for the entire customer lifecycle
  • Partner with Product to define product strategy and roadmap based on market and sales insights
  • Lead the creation and maintenance of competitive enablement for Sales and Product teams
  • Track, measure, and continuously iterate across win rate, deal velocity, pipeline, adoption, and expansion
