London, GB · Full-time · £30,000 – £40,000

About this role

We are seeking a highly organized Operations Coordinator to provide critical support across our B2B Marketing ecosystem. This role is divided into two core pillars: Content Operations (40%) and Logistics Support (60%).

You will manage the day-to-day health of our internal marketing hub, conducting regular audits to identify outdated materials and coordinating with content owners to keep assets refreshed. You will also assist in uploading and tagging new marketing collateral to ensure high searchability for the sales team.

For event support, you will provide operational assistance to the External Events Lead for major industry conferences, managing rooming lists and delegate registration. You will also assist the Internal Brand Lead with logistics for partner events, ensuring attendee data accuracy and communication flows.

Procurement and vendor coordination includes facilitating the vendor setup process within our procurement platform and verifying vendor status against historical budgets. You will maintain the Global Events calendar, ensuring real-time accuracy of budget approvals, payment statuses, and project timelines.

This early-career role is designed for a professional with 1–3 years of experience who thrives on process-driven execution in a corporate environment. You will have the opportunity to develop across content operations and event logistics.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in a corporate or agency environment (Marketing, Ops, or Admin experience preferred).
  • Proven ability to manage deadlines, navigate internal stakeholder hierarchies, and communicate professionally with external vendors.
  • Confident using and leveraging AI to level-up work and faster processes.
  • Experience managing multiple workstreams (e.g., balancing admin tasks with event deadlines).
  • CMS/platform familiarity: comfortable managing the back-end of a content site or internal hub (experience with G-Suite or similar systems).
  • Advanced skills in Excel/Google Sheets (vlookups, data cleaning, and formatting) are essential.
  • Clear, professional writing skills for managing vendor relationships and internal stakeholder updates.
  • Ability to pivot between the quiet work of content auditing and the fast-paced nature of event support.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily upkeep of the Sales Enablement Hub, ensuring all links, folders, and assets are functioning and correctly categorized.
  • Conduct regular audits of the hub to identify outdated materials and coordinate with content owners for refresh or archive.
  • Assist in uploading and tagging new marketing collateral (whitepapers, case studies, one-pagers) to ensure high searchability for the sales team.
  • Perform light edits to pitch decks, including data updates, localized text swaps, and branding touch-ups to support immediate sales needs.
  • Provide operational assistance to the External Events Lead for major industry conferences (e.g., managing rooming lists, delegate registration, pass allocations).
  • Act as administrative point of contact for event agencies, ensuring necessary documentation and briefs are shared on time.
  • Facilitate vendor setup process by managing invitations and registrations within the procurement platform.
  • Maintain Global Events calendar, ensuring real-time accuracy of budget approvals, payment statuses, and project timelines.
