You will deliver high-quality immigration advice, manage a diverse portfolio of client engagements, and ensure technical excellence with compliance. Building strong client relationships, identifying process improvements, and managing engagement economics such as budgets and billing are central to your role. You will also research and apply current immigration developments to client solutions.

You will collaborate closely with corporate clients, assignees, and EY colleagues across all levels to deliver exceptional immigration services. Requirements

  • Experienced immigration professional, ideally with expertise in UK Skilled Worker/GBM category.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities, able to manage multiple deadlines.
  • High attention to detail with sound commercial and strategic judgment.
  • Proficient in MS Office and immigration case management software.
  • Client-focused, proactive, and solutions-oriented team player.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality immigration advice and manage a diverse portfolio of client engagements.
  • Ensure technical excellence and compliance with immigration regulations and EY risk policies.
  • Build strong client relationships and proactively identify process improvements and opportunities.
  • Manage engagement economics, including budgets, billing, and cash collection.
  • Research and apply current immigration developments and policy changes to client solutions.
  • Contribute to the development of internal training, communications, and service offerings.
  • Support a culture of inclusion, collaboration, and exceptional client service.
