About this role
SEI is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner for London operations with approximately 300 employees. The role requires strong generalist experience and a good understanding of UK financial services regulatory regimes. As an integral team member, collaborate to maximise individual and team performance. Design and execute initiatives including compliance, performance management, succession planning, employee engagement, compensation, employee relations, TUPE and HR projects. Coach, advise and influence senior leaders for organisational effectiveness.
Drive communication and adoption of HR processes while providing thought leadership on industry and legal trends. Translate business strategies into people strategies and tactics, delivering a full range of HR services. All employees identify, assess and control risks relevant to their function.

Requirements
- Good generalist HR experience within financial services
- Good understanding of relevant regulations as they apply to HR including SMCR and MiFID II
- Experience working in a complex global environment
- Comfortable working with senior management and possess ability to influence and achieve buy-in from diverse stakeholders
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
- Ability to develop close, trusted partnerships with senior leaders using a variety of influencing styles
- Data literacy with demonstrable success in using data analytics to inform people strategies
