As Associate Director, Product Marketing, you will bridge complex payments infrastructure and market-facing narrative in a high-impact player-coach role. You will own the Product Marketing function, mentor a direct report, and lead GTM processes for core regions Europe and LatAm. Every piece of collateral and campaign will reflect our position as the leading local payments provider.

This role offers strategic influence on revenue through market intelligence, sales enablement, and technical translation. Architect how we win with overarching GTM frameworks for strategic pillars. Grow with a high-growth fintech scaling rapidly in global commerce.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of B2B Marketing experience with hands-on seniority
  • Deep experience in high-growth fintech and payments
  • Executive presence to report to the CMO while enjoying craft of slide decks and narratives
  • Proven ability to work across a lean marketing team
  • Understand nuances of regulated environments and complex sales cycles
  • Ability to switch from exec-level strategy to tactical execution
  • Experience architecting GTM strategies in fintech payments
  • Skills in mentoring product marketing teams and sales enablement

Responsibilities

  • Develop and evolve the overarching GTM framework for PPRO’s strategic pillars
  • Directly manage and develop a Product Marketing Manager while drafting core messaging
  • Define target segments and value propositions with the Campaigns Manager
  • Ensure product positioning is woven into brand narrative, PR, and thought leadership
  • Partner with Commercial leads to embed playbooks for Europe and LatAm, providing sales tools
  • Own competitive intelligence by leading customer and market research from product marketing perspective
  • Translate customer insights into activations that directly influence revenue
  • Distill PPRO’s local payment reach and technical capabilities into clear business value
