About this role
In this role, you will develop, design, and deliver a suite of training programs for Asset Management professionals, with a focus on both client skills and proprietary technology platforms. You will play a key role in upskilling Client Advisors, Investment Specialists, and Client Service teams to best serve clients and maximize the value of our technology solutions.
Day-to-day, you will manage project plans and timelines, coordinate logistics, and measure the success of training initiatives to drive the Asset Management Training Strategy. You will design and deliver training on proprietary technology platforms, ensuring employees are confident and proficient in using these tools, and support strategic initiatives by providing insights for continuous improvement.
You will collaborate with regional and global team members and business stakeholders, seeking ways to simplify, improve, and add value to existing practices. You will also coordinate agendas, presentations, and follow-ups for internal forums such as management meetings, and work with subject matter experts to design engaging training content, assessments, and workshops.
This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the prioritization and execution of strategic business initiatives within a global financial services leader. You will help build scalable, consistent processes and bridge foundational programs to advanced learning, making a direct impact on how professionals serve clients and adopt technology.
Requirements

- Ability to synthesize information and formulate clear, compelling presentations for Senior Management.
- Strong work ethic; self-starter with a creative, can-do attitude.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, coupled with strong quantitative and analytical problem-solving abilities.
- High-level proficiency in MS Office products (PowerPoint, Excel, Word); experience with video and virtual meeting technology.
- Experience delivering technology training or onboarding for proprietary platforms, ideally in a financial services or technology-driven environment.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, accessible training materials for diverse audiences.

- Coordinate agendas, presentations, and follow-ups for internal forums such as management meetings.
