You will work on cross-cultural global engagements spanning process consulting, experience design, business analysis, applied AI and tech strategy. Engagements include strategic architecture assessments, advisory platform digitalisation and machine-learning-driven personalisation for investment and wealth clients.

The Financial Services and Insurance team supports the largest global firms and well-known local brands. Consultants collaborate with client stakeholders to deliver measurable business results using design thinking, service blueprinting and operational transformation approaches.

Requirements

Industry experience in Investment Banking, Asset Management, Private Equity or Wealth Management.
Strong background in business analysis, process consulting or experience design within capital markets.
Ability to apply consulting frameworks and methodologies to solve complex business problems.
Experience working on large-scale implementations, change initiatives or operational transformation programmes.
Comfortable collaborating with global, cross-cultural teams and client stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

Perform functional analysis and act as SME for specific journeys in Investment Banking, Asset Management, Private Equity or Wealth Management.
Conduct strategic assessments to define future-state functional and technical architecture using Design Thinking and Service Blueprinting.
Drive digitalisation of advisory platforms covering the end-to-end lifecycle from prospecting to portfolio management.
Design machine-learning-driven personalisation features including life-event triggers, investment ideas and client attrition risk models.
Build intuitive advisor dashboards and intelligent operations portals with real-time KPIs, notifications and direct system access.
Develop cognitive virtual assistants to guide financial advisors and support associates within Salesforce environments.
Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, marketing, design and sales teams to ensure smooth product activity flow.
