We are now seeking a Senior Tax Advisor to join our Financial Services Employment tax team, where you’ll dive into exciting projects from day one.
You will work closely with clients to solve real business challenges, delivering top-tier employment tax projects with technical excellence. Your role balances compliance work with strategic advisory projects, helping drive business growth by managing client relationships.

Requirements
- Experience of employment tax gained in consultancy, legal firm and/or large global corporate.
- Working and technical understanding of key employment tax issues including Expenses and Benefits (PSAs and P11Ds), Employment Status (IR35 and self-employed), Payroll (PAYE, RTI, apprenticeship levy, audits), Construction Industry Scheme, Termination Payments, Pensions, National Minimum Wage, Dealing with HMRC, audits, disclosure, SAO and CCO.
- Strong personal impact and resilience to influence and persuade clients and stakeholders at all levels.
- Proactive, energetic, and forward-thinking mindset.
- Relevant qualifications (ATT, ACA, CA, ACCA, CTA, Law, or equivalent); ideally ATT and/or CTA.
- Risk-awareness and attention to detail.
- Commercial awareness and a client-first approach.
- A knack for problem-solving and clear communication.
