London, GB · Full-time · £75,000 – £110,000

About this role

Harvey is transforming how the world's best legal professionals work, and EMEA is central to that growth. The People Business Partner will help scale thoughtfully by building people infrastructure, leadership capability, and culture that defines Harvey in this region for years to come. This is the founding PBP role for EMEA with significant influence over growth and hiring.

You will partner directly with senior GTM leaders as a true strategic advisor. The role involves org design, performance management, and fostering an ambitious high-performing culture connected to the mission. You will turn insight into action while staying close to the business in fast-moving environments.

The team is sharp and motivated, operating with intensity and real ownership from early thinking to long-term outcomes. You will work alongside engineers and leadership who stay close to customers and solve problems with urgency and care. The environment rewards those who thrive in ambiguity and push for excellence.

This is a rare chance to help build a generational company at a true inflection point. With strong product-market fit and world-class investor support, the opportunity for personal, professional, and financial growth is unmatched as Harvey defines a new category in real time.
