As Talent Acquisition Coordinator you will act as the face of TA for candidates and hiring managers while managing remote and on-site assessment processes. You will partner with TA Specialists to optimise recruiting activity and support the TA Operations Manager on data analysis, reporting and relocation.
You will be a super user for Workday and Hubspot, delivering an elite candidate experience across all interview formats. The role gives direct exposure to stakeholders across the company through scheduling, room management and first-line system support.
This position offers the chance to improve processes in a high-volume environment while contributing to the foundations that support world-class quantitative research teams.
Requirements
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Proactive approach with the ability to build relationships and influence
- Ability to manage multiple conflicting priorities and escalate issues where necessary
- Eye for spotting inefficiencies and improving processes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Excel
- Experience working with ATS and CRM systems
Responsibilities
- Managing assessment processes, ensuring tests and interviews progress as planned and any changes are rapidly addressed
- Scheduling tests and interviews for a range of roles across the business
- Managing the diary for the interview room suite, ensuring bookings are correct and rooms are presentable
- Acting as a super user for Workday ATS and Hubspot CRM, providing first-line support to the TA team
- Delivering an elite candidate experience for both onsite and remote interviews
- Serving as the face of the Talent Acquisition team for candidates and interviewers
- Supporting data analysis, reporting, procurement and relocation activities
- Handling ad-hoc project work for the TA team
