Euromonitor International leads the world in data analytics and research into markets, industries, economies and consumers. The HR Business Partner will support the Regional HR Director EMEAI in executing HR strategies and initiatives across the region.

The role focuses on providing strategic and operational HR support to various departments while ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. The position blends HR expertise with hands-on management in a dynamic, matrixed organisation.

Day-to-day work includes assisting with global HR strategy implementation across EMEA and India. The partner collaborates with C-Suite leaders, coaches managers to build leadership capabilities, and drives organisational effectiveness.

The role requires close collaboration with HR Business Partners and Office Managers in Vilnius, Bangalore, Düsseldorf, Dubai, and Cape Town. It engages regional HR Directors and specialist Centers of Excellence to develop and implement best practices.

Success depends on building strong relationships with business leaders and employees as a trusted advisor. The position facilitates workshops, ensures compliance with local labour laws, and uses HR metrics to inform decisions and enhance services.

Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or HR certification appreciated.
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a strategic HR role within a global, matrixed organisation.
  • Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices across EMEA and India.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining a hands-on approach.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the implementation of the global HR strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives across EMEA and India.
  • Collaborate with the Regional HR Director and C-Suite leaders to support HR initiatives and drive organisational effectiveness.
  • Provide coaching and support to managers to enhance leadership capabilities and foster a culture of high performance.
  • Work closely with HR Business Partners and Office Managers across key locations including Vilnius, Bangalore, Düsseldorf, Dubai, and Cape Town.
  • Support initiatives focused on enhancing leadership capabilities across all levels of management.
  • Drive HR initiatives that support organisational change, cultural transformation, and employee engagement across the region.
  • Ensure compliance with local labour laws and regulations while maintaining alignment with global HR policies and practices.
  • Utilise HR metrics and analytics to inform decision-making and enhance HR services across the region.
