Do you have a strong interest in accountancy within the asset management industry? Dimensional’s Accountancy Internship might be the right fit for you. Spend your summer working alongside top professionals within finance and tax to develop practical skills and experience.

Learn about what is involved in the day to day of a finance function over a nine-week summer internship. The Finance Department engages with the firm’s key decision-makers and delivers considered support and analysis to Dimensional’s senior management as well as other departments.

Team members collaborate to provide technical expertise and business partnering in a clear and impactful way. The EMEA Finance Team operates across two offices supporting an EMEA business located in four countries and five offices, comprising corporate accounting, fund accounting and tax.

It has significant daily interaction with the global Finance team. Everyone on the team is empowered to innovate and generate solutions to improve controls and drive efficiency. Over the nine-week program, work side by side with Senior Associates.

Requirements

Final or penultimate year students, or equivalent
Strong interest in accountancy within the asset management industry
Pursuing studies relevant to accountancy, finance, or tax

Responsibilities

Participate in extensive projects that improve the way we process and analyse information
Assist in managing finance and tax compliance risk
Work side by side with Senior Associates to make thoughtful enhancements
Present project findings at the end of the program
Take on responsibilities similar to full-time Associates
Support day-to-day activities in corporate accounting, fund accounting, and tax
Collaborate with key decision-makers to deliver support and analysis
