About this role

We’re looking for a Content Marketing Specialist to own and run our end-to-end content engine, from planning through to delivery, performance, and optimisation. You’ll lead our Industries & Services marketing system, delivering high-quality B2B content including thought leadership, case studies, and campaign content aligned to commercial priorities. This high-ownership role requires exceptional organisation and writing skills.

You’ll manage a structured content calendar aligned to business priorities and work with subject matter experts to extract, structure, and refine content into market-ready output. Own the publishing process, including uploading to the website, and brief designers for supporting creative assets. Use AI tools to accelerate development while maintaining quality.

Work across multiple stakeholders, industries, and workstreams, maintaining momentum and ensuring alignment. Collaborate closely with Partners and experts to extract insights, manage competing priorities, and bring clarity to complex environments. Track performance and optimise messaging, channels, and content based on data.

Content is central to building credibility, differentiating in priority markets, and driving commercial impact. Maintain a consistent high-quality pipeline, activate industries and services, and turn strategy into execution at pace. This role ensures marketing output remains commercially relevant across the business.

  • Comfortable working with senior stakeholders
  • Familiar with using AI tools to enhance content and efficiency
  • 3+ years in content, marketing, or a related role
  • Experience in B2B marketing, consulting, or professional services
