Requirements

  • Extensive experience working in the Wealth and Asset Management field
  • Deep business and technology expertise for advisory projects with FTSE100 clients
  • Strong foundations in operations and/or technology
  • Proven ability to lead sales and business development in Financial Services
  • Experience leading client engagements and transformation initiatives
  • Expertise navigating regulatory pressures and digital disruption in WAM
  • Track record developing propositions and thought leadership

Responsibilities

  • Lead business development as subject matter expert, supporting sales activity across full lifecycle from pre-sales to scoping engagements
  • Lead high-impact client engagements in Wealth and Asset Management, overseeing transformation initiatives and operating model redesign
  • Act as trusted partner to senior stakeholders, navigating evolving client expectations, regulatory pressures, and digital disruption
  • Develop WAM related propositions and approaches to common client challenges
  • Create thought leadership and marketing materials to support sales efforts
  • Share knowledge internally and externally as key voice in WAM community
  • Mentor and coach junior team members, leading by example
  • Provide line management and career development within career development framework
