About this role
We're looking for an ambitious and commercially minded People Partner to support our growing teams across Europe. This is an opportunity for someone who already has strong HR operational foundations and is ready to continue developing broader People Partnering capability in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
You'll work closely with managers and employees across the business, supporting everything from employee relations and performance conversations to onboarding, organisational growth, process improvement, and People projects. This role is hands-on, requiring comfort operating operationally while also thinking about how we scale smarter and improve manager capability.
Sokin was founded in 2019 with a simple vision to remove borders, barriers and burdens associated with international payments. Today it enables global businesses to send and exchange more than 70 currencies through one comprehensive platform that streamlines cross-border accounts payable, receivable, and treasury operations.
If you enjoy pace, ownership, and variety, you'll thrive here. You'll help build scalable, commercially credible People practices as the business grows, contributing to employee engagement, culture, and People experience initiatives across a truly global organisation.
