Based in London, the Talent Acquisition Manager will drive the talent acquisition effort across Europe as part of our global Talent Acquisition Team based in Chicago. Initially, a key focus will be to drive progress and implementation for three key projects: introducing AI within selection tools, driving a pan-European early careers campus strategy, and reviewing systems and processes to streamline and standardize tools.

Beyond these projects, the role focuses on recruiting talented M&A, Valuations, and Capital Advisory bankers at Associate and Analyst levels across European offices. The manager will help foster and drive the brand, passion, and culture that has been at the core of Lincoln's success, interfacing with many different stakeholders across the firm.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English and either French or German is required
  • Relevant professional experience in talent acquisition, preferably within financial services or professional services
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to drive projects independently
  • Poised and able to interface with many different stakeholders across the organization
  • Experience with AI tools and selection processes in recruitment is highly desirable
  • Experience managing early careers or campus recruitment programs
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to streamline and standardize processes and tools

Responsibilities

  • Drive progress and implementation for introducing AI within local and global selection tools and processes, including provider evaluation, stakeholder management, introduction, and further development
  • Lead a pan-European campus strategy and associated intern hiring effort across Europe for early careers
  • Review opportunities to streamline, integrate, upgrade, and standardize processes and tools, integrating various related systems and leveraging their capabilities
  • Recruit and select talented M&A, Valuations, and Capital Advisory bankers at Associate and Analyst levels across Lincoln International’s European offices
  • Foster and drive the brand, passion, and culture that has been at the core of Lincoln’s success
  • Collaborate and align with broader global and local teams on talent acquisition projects and initiatives
  • Interface with many different stakeholders across the organization to implement changes and align priorities
