We seek an experienced B2B Field Marketing Manager for the UK&I region to drive services marketing initiatives. This role aligns field strategies with regional product growth to generate revenue and develop markets.

Work with local and global marketing teams, product marketing, sales, and business development to generate demand for Mastercard’s offers. Develop and execute campaigns targeting mid- and bottom-funnel engagement using field marketing, digital, and content tactics. Drive leads to local sales and account management teams.

Represent regional and country marketing needs to the global team for market success. Collaborate across Partner Marketing, Customer Marketing, and Business Development for joint campaigns. Coordinate multi-channel efforts including field events and target account marketing.

Manage multiple projects and balance priorities in a fast-paced environment with operational excellence. Partner with sales to optimize lead handoffs and meet SLAs. Cultivate collaboration while driving initiatives to completion.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in B2B field marketing, preferably in the UK&I region
  • Ability to develop and execute mid- and bottom-funnel campaigns using field marketing, digital, and content
  • Experience generating demand and driving leads to sales teams
  • Proven collaboration with sales, product marketing, and business development
  • Skill in managing multiple projects and priorities in fast-paced environments
  • Operational excellence in driving initiatives to completion
  • Knowledge of aligning marketing strategies with product growth objectives

Responsibilities

  • Execute marketing campaigns for Mastercard Services business unit in field marketing across Europe
  • Coordinate and partner with country and regional business owners, marketing teams, and sales on joint demand generation initiatives that drive ROI
  • Plan and manage regional events, trade shows, and other marketing activities to enhance brand awareness and generate leads
  • Collaborate with Partner Marketing, Customer Marketing, and Business Development leads to execute joint campaigns
  • Coordinate marketing campaigns across multiple channels including hands-on execution for field events and target account marketing
  • Work closely with sales teams to optimize marketing/sales lead handoff and ensure SLA compliance
  • Represent regional and local country marketing needs to the global marketing team
