As an AML Compliance Analyst in the Risk and Compliance team, you'll protect our business and customers by building a robust compliance culture. Use analytical skills to identify, investigate, and report suspicious activity, meeting regulatory obligations. Your work supports a secure platform for merchants.
Daily, monitor transactions across payment channels, manage KYC refreshes, and conduct end-to-end investigations using internal systems and tools. Collaborate with KYC, Fraud, and Operations teams to resolve cases and share risk intelligence. Thrive in a detail-oriented, proactive role with strong ownership.

Requirements
- 1+ years experience in preventing Financial Crime
- Knowledge of the Money Laundering Regulations and regulatory requirements in the UK
- Strong understanding of AML investigations and typologies
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent track record of experience
- Ability to work independently with sharp analytical skills
- Detail-oriented and proactive with strong sense of ownership
Responsibilities
- Analyse alerts from the Transaction Monitoring System (TMS), conduct detailed investigations, and escalate unusual or suspicious activity per AML policies
- Prepare clear, well-documented case files for potential Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs) and escalate timely to MLRO or authorities
- Conduct end-to-end investigations into customer behaviour and transaction flows using internal systems, open-source intelligence, and third-party tools
- Monitor daily transactional activity across multiple payment channels to detect money laundering, fraud, or financial crimes
- Manage periodic KYC refresh cycles and perform ongoing Customer Due Diligence (CDD) to maintain portfolio integrity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including KYC, Fraud, and Operations to resolve cases and share emerging risks
- Support regulatory obligations, audits, and special projects to foster compliance culture and continuous improvement
