Requirements

Prior experience in an advisory or investment banking role with interest in building a healthcare focus
Proven quantitative and analytical skills to develop financial models and valuations
Deep understanding of financial statement analysis
Ability to provide direction and leadership to build strong team environment
Build effective relationships between individuals, teams, and lines of business across geographies
Ability to build long-term professional relationships that add value to clients and expand business
Experience leading client presentations and deal execution

Responsibilities

Work on multiple transactions and project teams simultaneously on client development, initial opportunity evaluation, transaction strategy, and execution
Lead teams in preparation of financial and economic analyses, computer models, client presentations, information memoranda, and offering documents
Identify new business opportunities for Rothschild & Co Global Advisory
Develop new ideas for clients that advance their strategic objectives
Evaluate healthcare M&A opportunities for corporations and private equity
Execute financing solutions for pharmaceuticals, MedTech, and biotech firms
Conduct valuations and financial statement analysis specific to healthcare
