You will partner closely with Operations, Compliance, Engineering, Data Science and Security teams. Collaboration includes defining model inputs and thresholds for predictive fraud systems and addressing account compromise signals in a hybrid London office.
This position reports to the Head of Financial Crime Intelligence Product. It offers the chance to shape security posture and drive innovation at the forefront of fraud prevention across new payment rails and verticals.

- Strong understanding of how predictive models behave in production environments.
- Knowledge of fraud patterns across fiat-to-fiat, fiat-to-crypto and crypto-to-crypto transactions.
- Ability to balance growth versus risk trade-offs when designing security features.
- Experience defining step-up, blocking and friction strategies based on risk signals.
- Familiarity with real-time fraud controls and vendor integrations in payments or cards.
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth research and analysis of emerging fraud trends, attacker methodologies and industry best practices in B2B and B2C fraud prevention.
- Formulate and drive a fraud-focused product strategy aligned with Financial Crime Intelligence goals.
- Own fraud controls across transactional fraud, document fraud and behavioural anomalies.
- Detect abnormal user behaviour across onboarding, authentication and payment journeys.
- Partner with Data Science teams on predictive AI models, including model inputs, outputs and thresholds.
- Collaborate with Security teams on account compromise, abuse patterns and attacker tooling signals.
- Design real-time and pre-authorisation fraud controls to prevent losses before execution.
- Translate regulatory and risk requirements into clear product requirements for fiat, stablecoin and card transactions.
Benefits
- Hybrid working model with one day working from home per week
- Opportunity to make significant impact on company security posture
- Work at the forefront of fraud prevention across new payment rails and verticals
