About this role
You’ll partner closely with the Product Marketing Lead to deliver execution of go-to-market plans. You will translate customer insights into clear messaging, high-impact content, and measurable GTM and product activation plans. This role is ideal for someone analytical, a strong communicator, and eager to learn product marketing within banking.
You will help build and maintain product documentation including market and competitive analysis, research briefings, and customer segmentation. Support feature and product launches while maintaining alignment on timelines, internal enablement, and cross-functional coordination. Track performance of products, launches, campaigns, and assets.
Curiosity, inquisitiveness, and agility are equally important. We work in a hyper-collaborative, fast-moving environment where products and processes evolve rapidly. You will collaborate with Product, Growth, Operations, and many other teams to deliver the best product experience.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, ideally in marketing or communications related area.
- Experience in product marketing, growth marketing, product management, or relevant analytical/communications role.
- Strong stakeholder management, project management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to translate complex ideas into digestible concepts.
- Experience with crafting GTM/launch plans.
- Analytical mindset with basic ability to interpret metrics, cohort data, customer segmentation, and campaign performance; basic proficiency with spreadsheets.
- Comfortable with and adaptable to change in an innovative, fast-growth environment.

- Keep deliverables on track with clear owners and timelines.
