Fastmarkets is an industry-leading price-reporting agency providing price data, news, analytics and events for global commodities markets including agriculture, forest products, metals and mining. We are searching for a talented, highly motivated Demand Generation Manager to join the marketing team. This role aligns sales and marketing efforts to drive lead generation and company growth.

The Demand Generation Manager develops and executes integrated marketing campaigns generating high-quality leads through digital channels, events, content marketing, and partnerships. Focus on leading go-to-market strategy for the Metals and Mining vertical. Collaborate with sales, product marketing, and analytics teams to optimise performance and align with business goals.

Key interfaces include the Marketing Team, Sales & Customer Success, Product Team, Sales Enablement, and Editorial/Content Team. Work closely with sales for seamless lead handoff and feedback loops. Oversee on-site experiences at Fastmarkets branded events, including booth strategies and lead materials.

Build best-in-class nurture programs with A/B testing to educate leads through funnel stages. Identify technologies for scalable demand generation. Continuously optimise efforts to enhance brand presence and market opportunities.

Requirements

  • Experience developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns driving awareness, engagement, and pipeline growth
  • Proven ability generating high-quality leads through digital channels, events, content marketing, and strategic partnerships
  • Strong skills in monitoring and analyzing campaign performance with data-driven insights
  • Expertise collaborating with sales, product, and analytics teams to align strategies
  • Knowledge of building nurture programs including A/B testing and optimization
  • Familiarity with marketing technologies enabling scalable demand generation
  • Ability overseeing event experiences and lead generation at industry events

Responsibilities

  • Lead go-to-market strategy for Metals and Mining vertical, collaborating with cross-functional teams in sales, marketing, and product
  • Drive multi-channel marketing campaigns to increase lead flow, deliver new business revenue targets, and deepen customer relationships
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics, holding teams accountable and providing data-driven recommendations
  • Work closely with sales team to ensure understanding of marketing plans, seamless lead handoff, and ongoing feedback loop
  • Oversee on-site event commercial experience at Fastmarkets branded events, creating booth strategies and lead generation materials
  • Identify technologies and marketing tools for effective and scalable demand-generation efforts
  • Build best-in-class nurture programs with A/B testing, learning, and optimization for higher funnel leads
  • Continuously identify opportunities for optimization, growth, and enhancing company brand presence
