About this role

Act as strategic advisor and trusted partner to senior leaders across corporate departments, supporting key hires onboarding, succession planning and driving employee engagement. Responsible for the maintenance of the group people policy framework. Ensure group HR policies are maintained, updated and adapted as needed. This role is mainly homebased with expectation to be in the London office one or twice per week.

Collaborate with leaders in corporate functions to understand business priorities and translate them to HR strategies. Influence and guide leadership on organizational design, change management and workforce planning. Advise leaders on complex employee relations issues and partner with CoEs to deliver seamless HR services.

Audit HR policies and processes within defined businesses, shared services and other group HR functions, identifying gaps and areas of improvement. Responsible for coordination of SMCR roles and drive corporate processes like performance management, engagement and pay review. Requirements

  • Experience as HRBP or Sr generalist in a Corporate environment
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Strong expertise in employee relations
  • Ability to understand the needs of local businesses within a defined area
  • Ability to write policies and procedures
  • Keep up to date with employment legislation and HR best practice
  • Experience of working as HR Business Partner or similar

Responsibilities
