About this role
At hyperexponential, we're building the AI-powered platform that enables the world's most critical decisions in a $7 trillion insurance industry - which risks to take and how to price them. As Product Marketing Manager for our actuarial AI products, you'll sit at the heart of making hx the obvious choice for actuaries who want to work faster and smarter.
You'll be the connective tissue between Product, Revenue, and the AI team - turning user insight into sharp positioning, useful sales assets, and narratives that stand up to scrutiny. Your work spans two distinct challenges: deepening engagement and value realisation for our mature core product, whilst driving launch readiness and early adoption for our early-stage AI tooling.
Marketing at hx operates at the intersection of demand generation, systems thinking, and constrained markets, where every account matters. The team experiments constantly, uses AI to focus on strategy over busy work, and operates with a high bar for quality and pace.
You'll be joining a group that takes work seriously but not themselves, where compressed learning is the norm and being the most future-ready in your craft is the standard. If that sounds like you, join us in building what comes next.
Requirements
- Experience in product marketing for technical B2B products, preferably within insurance, financial services, or AI-powered platforms.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling messaging for actuarial and underwriting audiences.
- Proven track record of owning go-to-market strategy and execution for product launches.
- Strong analytical skills to synthesize user insights and competitive intelligence into actionable positioning.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-bar environment with compressed learning and iterative experimentation.
- Collaborative mindset to act as connective tissue between Product, Revenue, and AI teams.
Responsibilities
- Drive deeper engagement with our core actuary-focused product by identifying and communicating priority use cases, refining value propositions, and creating messaging that strengthens adoption of key capabilities amongst existing users.
- Own go-to-market execution for major releases of our AI tooling for actuarial pricing model development, delivering positioning, launch materials, enablement assets, and user communications.
- Accelerate early adoption of new AI capabilities by creating clear messaging and user communications that drive understanding, usage, and actionable product feedback.
- Translate user insights and product feedback into sharp positioning and sales assets that resonate with highly technical audiences.
- Collaborate with Product and AI teams to ensure launch readiness and strong feedback loops for early-stage AI tooling.
- Build authority and demand in a highly technical, niche space where every account matters through deep, strategic B2B marketing.
Benefits
- Work on the world's first domain-specific AI peer programmer for insurance (think GitHub Copilot with a PhD in actuarial science).
- Be part of a high-impact marketing team backed by top-tier VCs: a16z, Highland Europe, and Battery Ventures.
- Join a fast-growing company trusted by nearly 50 of the world's largest insurers with zero churn.
- Operate in an environment that uses AI to focus on strategy over busy work, with a high bar for quality and pace.
