Visa Commercial Solutions seeks an accomplished Senior Manager, EU Regional B2B Marketing to lead ABM strategy and SMB efforts. This high-impact role drives strategic marketing to fuel VCS growth and strengthen market leadership in commercial payments.

Leverage B2B marketing expertise to champion demand generation and ABM strategies, ensuring world-class execution of commercial initiatives. Develop and deliver innovative programs and content that drive demand and adoption of Visa’s commercial solutions. Reporting to the Director of B2B and Product Marketing for Commercial Solutions.

Partner closely with sales, commercial, regional leads, product managers, and account teams as a strategic driver for Commercial Issuers in Europe. Build strong alliances across organizations to execute regional strategies seamlessly. Focus on must-win accounts and SMB Issuer segment for measurable outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required, MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • 8+ years of progressive B2B marketing experience
  • Proven ability to drive demand and revenue growth through integrated marketing programs, ideally within financial services, payments, or SaaS industries
  • Expertise in account-based marketing, campaign management, and event marketing
  • Strong analytical skills to leverage performance data and market insights

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to achieve and exceed marketing-generated and marketing-influenced AANR targets
  • Design and implement ABM set-play programs targeting must-win, must-retain, and must-convert accounts
  • Develop, execute, and optimize regional marketing campaigns to maximize engagement, lead generation, and revenue impact
  • Create and manage robust reporting mechanisms to measure marketing effectiveness and inform leadership decisions
  • Accelerate development and deployment of high-impact case studies showcasing client success
  • Drive thought leadership initiatives positioning Visa as an industry leader in commercial payments
  • Lead in-person and online events and SMB participation in priority industry events
  • Build partnerships with sales, product, global marketing, and external agencies for seamless execution
