As a Talent Acquisition Specialist based in London, you will identify, attract, and hire high-quality talent to support organisational growth across the UK and Ireland.

You will manage end-to-end hiring processes while partnering closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand talent needs. Developing effective sourcing strategies and assessing candidate suitability will be central to delivering strong candidate experiences every day.

Working within the Enabling Recruitment HR team, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams across various geographies. This hybrid role allows you to build relationships with candidates and external agencies while aligning recruitment efforts with company values.

Experience in technical roles within AI, data, and analytics environments provides a strong foundation for success. The position offers opportunities to champion diversity and inclusion while advancing your expertise in strategic recruitment practices.

Requirements

  • 3-6 years of recruitment experience
  • Experience recruiting for technical roles within AI-focused, data and analytics environments
  • Exposure to domains such as insurance, banking and financial services and retail
  • Ability to proactively build and maintain a high-quality talent pipeline
  • Skill in assessing candidates' cultural fit, technical skills, and motivation to join the organisation

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with hiring managers and department leaders to understand talent needs, job requirements, and team dynamics.
  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies that align with organisational goals and market trends.
  • Utilise various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and direct outreach, to identify and attract qualified candidates.
  • Research and implement innovative sourcing techniques to tap into passive talent markets.
  • Review resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and evaluate candidates against job requirements.
  • Champion diversity and inclusion efforts within the recruitment process, ensuring a diverse candidate pool and reducing bias in selection.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Manage relationships with external recruitment agency partners and oversee the Preferred Supplier List (PSL).
