As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will act as a trusted strategic advisor to senior leaders within the Chief People Office. You will deliver organisational, talent, and leadership outcomes aligned to business strategy and provide expert guidance on complex employee relations matters across multiple jurisdictions.

You will be part of the Group Functions HR team, working closely with senior leaders and HR centres of excellence to shape enterprise-aligned and future-focused people outcomes. The team oversees all aspects of human capital management across HR, Corporate Communications, Finance, and General Counsel functions.

This role offers the opportunity to lead and contribute to organisational change and restructuring initiatives while driving continuous improvement in ER processes, policies, and practices. You will collaborate with country HRBPs, talent acquisition, and other CoEs to deliver innovative HR initiatives.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Senior HR Business Partner or equivalent strategic HR role in a complex, regulated environment.
  • Deep expertise in employee relations, including managing high-risk cases and advising on employment law across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Strong ability to build trusted advisor relationships with senior leaders and influence organisational outcomes.
  • Experience leading organisational change and restructuring initiatives, including consultation and implementation.
  • Excellent analytical skills to derive insights from ER data and translate them into actionable improvements.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate across HR centres of excellence and business functions.

Responsibilities

  • Independently lead and advise on complex employee relations issues including matters with regulatory, reputational or legal risk.
  • Act as a trusted strategic advisor to senior leaders to ensure issues are dealt with in a timely manner in line with legal and internal frameworks.
  • Contribute to and lead the HR components of change management and restructuring initiatives, including planning, design, and implementation of OD changes.
  • Partner with HR, managers, and Legal to deliver consistent, compliant, and commercially focused ER outcomes across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Leverage ER insights and data to support organisational change, enhance people management capability, and drive continuous improvement in ER processes and policies.
  • Shape and deliver innovative, future-driven, business-focused HR initiatives across the Group Functions.
