About this role

The Reward Manager delivers market-aligned, commercial Compensation or Benefits solutions and contributes to the overall Reward Strategy. This role supports the design and enhancement of pay structures, terms, incentives, policies, and pensions. It provides data analysis and insights for decision-making while ensuring consistent communication within the Reward Team.

Redefine the colleague proposition by integrating all elements of Reward and what Heathrow offers. Support compensation strategy planning, including pay, terms & conditions, short- and long-term incentives, policy design, implementation, and communication. Aid in strategic planning and delivery of pension activities to ensure competitiveness, cost-effectiveness, and legal compliance.

Analyze external trends and market data related to pay and terms, using complex modelling when necessary. Lead projects to support the Reward plan and contribute to Compensation-related RemCo, Exec Committee, and Board papers. Serve as the liaison with internal communications in Heathrow's dynamic environment.

Requirements

  • Demonstrable Reward Manager experience in an organisation of similar size and complexity
  • Experience of managing companywide cyclical Compensation and/or Benefits programmes
  • Proven influencing and communication skills
  • Capability to conduct detailed and often complex analysis and modelling of data
  • Experience of working in a Unionised environment
