We are seeking a visionary and hands-on Product Lead, AI Product Engineering to join our Banking Technology group. This senior-level strategic role focuses on Capital Markets tooling, where these tools are critical for professionals to drive deal execution, optimize financing workflows, and leverage AI agents.

You will define the product strategy for AI initiatives within Capital Markets tooling, analyzing market trends and user pain points. You will translate the vision into a clear roadmap, prioritizing features and guiding the engineering team to deliver high-value solutions that empower Capital Markets professionals in their daily work.

You will act as the key technical and product leader for a dedicated team of engineers focused on Capital Markets solutions. You will mentor team members, establish modern engineering best practices, and foster a culture of excellence and rapid iteration, while serving as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the development team.

This role offers the opportunity to shape the future of financial products by identifying high-impact opportunities for AI. You will lead the end-to-end lifecycle from concept to scaled production, directly impacting how Capital Markets professionals service clients, execute deals, and optimize financing.

Requirements

Deep technical expertise in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and software engineering, with a product mindset.
Proven experience in product management, defining vision, strategy, and roadmaps for AI-powered applications.
Strong understanding of capital markets, including debt and equity capital markets deal execution, financing workflows, and client servicing.
Ability to lead and mentor cross-functional engineering teams, fostering a culture of excellence and rapid iteration.
Experience building proofs-of-concept and prototypes to validate AI-driven solutions.
Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership and translate business requirements into technical designs.

Responsibilities

Own the product strategy for AI initiatives within Capital Markets tooling, analyzing market trends, internal business processes, and user pain points to identify and champion new opportunities for AI-driven innovation.
Translate the product vision into a clear, actionable roadmap for Capital Markets AI tooling, developing and prioritizing features, epics, and user stories to guide the engineering team.
Act as the key technical and product leader for a dedicated team of engineers, mentoring team members and establishing modern engineering best practices to foster a culture of excellence and rapid iteration.
Serve as the primary liaison between Capital Markets business stakeholders, end-users, and the development team, articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences and translating business requirements into robust technical designs.
Build proofs-of-concept and initial prototypes to validate ideas quickly, particularly for novel AI applications in Capital Markets tooling.
Influence and negotiate with senior leadership within Banking Technology and Capital Markets to secure buy-in and resources for your product vision, and communicate progress.
