About this role

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to join our Talent Acquisition team on a 6 month Fixed Term Contract. You will support a number of groups across both back and front office. The role manages end-to-end hiring activity and stakeholder relationships across London, Belfast and Ireland.

Partner with hiring managers across multiple geographies and business areas to shape hiring strategies and role requirements. Own requisitions from briefing through sourcing, interview management, offer and onboarding. Proactively source candidates using a direct sourcing approach in a fast-paced, regulated environment.

Operate as a trusted advisor with strong delivery capability and commercial judgment. Provide informed market insight on talent availability and location considerations. Ensure recruitment complies with internal policy and regulatory requirements while maintaining accurate ATS records.

Deliver a strong and consistent candidate experience throughout the lifecycle. The TD Framework guides behaviour and shapes culture across the business, applying to everyone regardless of location. It fosters shared commitments to support colleagues and drive success in financial services.

Requirements

  • Demonstrable experience delivering end-to-end recruitment within a financial services, banking, or similarly regulated environment, supporting both front and back-office roles
  • Proven experience managing multiple requisitions concurrently, across different business areas and seniority levels
  • Strong track record of partnering effectively with Hiring Managers and senior stakeholders, providing sound advice on role scope, hiring strategy, and market conditions
  • Hands on experience with direct sourcing methodologies, including proactive candidate identification and engagement, with limited reliance on agencies
  • Experience recruiting across multiple geographies (ideally London and Ireland), with an understanding of differing talent markets and location considerations
  • Working knowledge of ATS platforms (Workday preferred)
  • Evidence of delivering a high-quality and consistent candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle
