About this role

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a key role in identifying, attracting, and hiring high-quality talent to support the organisation’s growth and success. You will work as part of a Talent Acquisition team recruiting for roles across the UK and Ireland. Leveraging your recruitment expertise, manage end-to-end hiring processes.

Partner closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to develop effective sourcing strategies and assess candidate suitability. Deliver a strong candidate experience while proactively building a high-quality talent pipeline. Secure skilled, high-performing, and culturally aligned professionals.

Experience recruiting for technical roles within AI-focused, data and analytics environments is beneficial, along with exposure to insurance, banking, financial services, and retail. Collaborate with cross-functional teams across geographies. Manage relationships with external recruitment agency partners and the Preferred Supplier List.

Champion diversity and inclusion efforts to ensure a diverse candidate pool and reduce bias. Provide insights to enhance recruitment effectiveness aligned with organisational goals and market trends. Join EXL, a global data and AI company with over 60,000 employees spanning six continents.

Requirements

  • 3-8 years experience
  • Recruitment expertise to manage and deliver end-to-end hiring processes
  • Ability to develop effective sourcing strategies and build high-quality talent pipelines
  • Experience recruiting for technical roles, particularly within AI-focused, data and analytics environments
  • Exposure to domains such as insurance, banking and financial services, and retail
  • Skills in assessing candidates' cultural fit, technical skills, and motivation
  • Proficiency in managing relationships with external recruitment agency partners and PSL

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with hiring managers and department leaders to understand talent needs, job requirements, and team dynamics
  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies that align with organisational goals and market trends
  • Utilise various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and direct outreach
  • Research and implement innovative sourcing techniques to tap into passive talent markets
  • Review resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and evaluate candidates against job requirements
  • Champion diversity and inclusion efforts within the recruitment process
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience
  • Partner with cross-functional teams across various geographies to align recruitment efforts
