About this role
HSBC, one of the largest banking and financial services organisations globally, is seeking a CIB Product Marketing Manager. The primary purpose is to drive delivery of marketing campaigns, projects, and programs for Financing products including Infrastructure Finance, Sustainable Finance & Transition, and Capital Markets & Advisory.
In this role, you will execute integrated marketing campaigns and go-to-market strategies for Financing products and solutions. You will translate product capabilities into clear, compelling value propositions tailored to client needs and industry trends. Collaboration with Product, Coverage, and Client Strategy teams supports product innovation and commercialisation.
As a key member of the CIB Product Marketing team, you will work alongside Financing, Coverage, Client Segment & Sector, and Regional marketing leads to ensure product positioning aligns with client needs. You will also support targeted campaigns to drive product adoption and pipeline growth, with strong collaboration across UK and HK teams.

Requirements
- Relevant years of experience in B2B financial services marketing, with a focus on product marketing and/or banking experience within a global banking environment.
- Good understanding of banking products and services.
- Experience in supporting go-to-market strategies that enhance product and client engagement.
- Strong collaboration skills, with experience in matrixed, global organizations.
- Strong analytical, communication, and storytelling skills.
- Bachelor’s degree required; further education in Marketing, Finance, or related field is a plus.
Responsibilities

- Contribute to the development of insight-led content (whitepapers, product briefs, case studies, digital assets) to highlight the bank’s product strengths.
- Support targeted campaigns to drive product adoption and pipeline growth.
- Support advocacy for the voice of the client and market trends in shaping marketing strategies.
- Collaborate across all business lines including UK and HK teams.
