About this role
As a Credit Risk Analyst at Virgin Media O₂, you’ll play a key role in protecting sustainable growth by balancing risk, profitability and customer outcomes. This role sits at the heart of our consumer credit risk function, shaping acquisition and management decisions across the portfolio.
You’ll monitor credit risk strategies, analyse model performance and segment the portfolio to identify trends, emerging risks and opportunities for improvement. This ensures decisions remain commercially sound and aligned to risk appetite.
Working closely with stakeholders across Credit Risk, Finance and Commercial teams, you’ll deliver meaningful MI, bad debt forecasting and insightful commentary. This supports planning, budgeting and optimisation of acquisition processes while enhancing customer experience.

Requirements
- Experience monitoring credit risk strategies and model performance
- Strong skills in portfolio segmentation and trend analysis
- Proficiency in producing MI and bad debt forecasts
- Ability to deliver commentary that informs planning and budgeting
- Knowledge of consumer credit decisioning and risk appetite frameworks
