About this role

We seek consumer credit lawyers to provide interim support for a prominent financial institution. The role is full-time with three days in the office, based in Birmingham or London.

As an Adaptive consultant, work in a dynamic and fast-moving environment, solving problems with a collaborative approach. Deliver work quickly and effectively to tight deadlines using excellent organisation skills. Prioritise workloads while operating autonomously or as part of the wider team.

Requirements

  • Qualified lawyer with consumer credit experience (CONC/CCA) from a financial institution
  • Based in London or Birmingham and immediately/imminently available
  • Problem solver offering a collaborative approach
  • Able to work in a dynamic and fast-moving environment
  • Able to work quickly and effectively to tight deadlines
  • Excellent organisation skills with ability to prioritise workloads
  • Work autonomously but collaborate as part of the wider team
  • Hold relevant right to work in the UK (visa sponsorship not available)

Responsibilities

  • Provide interim support on consumer credit matters (CONC/CCA)
  • Advise on transactional banking for a prominent financial institution
