Mastercard powers economies and empowers people in 200+ countries and territories worldwide. We are seeking an experienced, commercially astute Senior Specialist, Talent Acquisition to support the growth of our Services business across Europe.

In this individual contributor role, you will serve as a trusted talent advisor to Services Sales leaders across Europe. You will lead hiring strategy and delivery for critical roles across Services Business Development, Specialist Sales, and B2B Marketing, helping attract, assess, and secure top talent in competitive markets.

You will act as a trusted advisor to SVP- and EVP-level stakeholders, leading quarterly business reviews and translating business strategy into targeted hiring plans. You will provide data-led market insights and hiring recommendations, including guidance on complex sales compensation structures.

This role offers the opportunity to drive efficient, scalable hiring across multiple European markets while balancing speed, quality, and stakeholder expectations. You will build strong relationships with senior Services Sales leaders and navigate complex stakeholder conversations with trust and insight-led communication.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted advisor to SVP- and EVP-level stakeholders across Services Sales in Europe
  • Lead quarterly business reviews with the EVP of Services Sales, sharing hiring performance, market insights, and talent risks
  • Translate business strategy into targeted hiring plans and proactive talent pipelines across Europe
  • Own full-cycle recruitment from intake to offer, delivering a high-quality experience for candidates and hiring managers
  • Develop direct sourcing strategies, including targeted headhunting for niche and senior talent
  • Build and maintain proactive pipelines for critical and repeat roles across Services
  • Provide data-led market insights and hiring recommendations, including guidance on complex sales compensation structures
  • Drive alignment and decision-making through clear, insight-led communication
