As an HR Business Partner, work closely with senior leaders and managers to enable delivery of priorities through effective, inclusive and evidence-led people practices. Act as a trusted adviser, providing clear, pragmatic HR counsel that balances operational delivery with long-term culture and organisational health. Translate workforce plans into day-to-day application across the employee lifecycle.
Partner with leaders through organisational change and transformation, helping deliver change in a people-centred, sustainable way. Champion inclusive, values-led leadership, embedding diversity, inclusion and wellbeing from the outset. The Financial Ombudsman Service resolves disputes in UK financial services, offering hybrid working and a collaborative office environment.
Use workforce data, insight and professional judgement to anticipate risks and improve performance and employee experience. Requirements
- Experience providing HR counsel to senior leaders in a business partnering model
- Ability to translate people strategy into practical employee lifecycle applications
- Proficiency using workforce data and insight for evidence-led people decisions
- Track record championing inclusive leadership and embedding diversity practices
- Skills navigating organisational change and building leadership capability
- Professional judgement to anticipate HR risks and improve employee experience
Responsibilities

- Partner leaders through organisational change and transformation delivering change in a people-centred, sustainable way
- Collaborate with HR Centres of Excellence and colleagues to ensure joined-up delivery of people solutions and strong governance
