The People Advisory Services Tax team's Reward group partners with leading Financial Services organizations, harnessing their people to perform at their best. Clients rely on our Reward team for technical and strategic projects in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

Our FS Reward team supports clients to navigate complex regulatory changes, transform reward programmes to attract and retain talent, optimise for employee experience and ROI, drive ESG progress through remuneration, ensure pay equity compliance, and embed DE&I in reward activities.

Requirements

  • Passion for Reward at Manager level
  • Experience leading technical and strategic reward projects in Financial Services
  • Knowledge of dynamic regulatory environments in FS remuneration
  • Expertise in transforming reward programmes for talent attraction and retention
  • Understanding of ESG integration in compensation structures
  • Familiarity with pay equity compliance and DE&I in reward and performance
  • Ability to design incentive awards aligned with business strategy

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to and lead projects across diverse complex engagements with Financial Services clients
  • Navigate dynamic and complex regulatory change environments
  • Transform reward programmes to attract, retain, and motivate employees for future talent needs
  • Optimise reward programmes for excellent employee experience and return on investment
  • Drive progress on Environment, Social, and Governance issues through remuneration
  • Ensure compliance with evolving pay equity requirements and embed DE&I across reward activity
  • Design and implement awards to incentivise business strategy and corporate activity
