Aptia UK seeks an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to support growth in pensions administration and consulting.

Deliver high-quality end-to-end recruitment across professional, technical, and operational roles in a fast-paced, private equity-backed environment. Partner closely with hiring managers to understand requirements and translate them into effective candidate sourcing and engagement strategies. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for roles in pensions administration, actuarial, technology, operations, and corporate functions.

Build strong relationships with hiring managers and senior leaders while providing market insight and hiring advice. Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, networks, referrals, and direct outreach. This hybrid role aligns to London (City) offices with 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in an in-house or embedded Talent Acquisition role
  • Experience recruiting within finance, pensions administration, or professional services
  • Ability to partner closely with hiring managers on sourcing and engagement strategies
  • Proficiency in using Workday Recruiting for data accuracy, compliance, and position management
  • Knowledge of UK employment law and right-to-work requirements
  • Experience managing agency relationships with focus on cost and quality control
  • Familiarity with employer branding initiatives

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across multiple role types, including pensions administration, actuarial, technology, operations, and corporate functions
  • Develop role-specific sourcing strategies to attract high-calibre, diverse talent
  • Conduct structured interviews and support hiring managers with assessment and selection materials
  • Build strong, credible relationships with hiring managers and senior leaders
  • Provide market insight, hiring advice, and realistic expectations on talent availability and timelines
  • Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, networks, referrals and direct outreach
  • Ensure recruitment activity complies with UK employment law, right-to-work requirements and internal governance
  • Support continuous improvement of recruitment processes and candidate experience
