As Talent Acquisition Lead (Commercial), you won’t just be hiring—you’ll be building the team that builds the team. Reporting to the Global Director, Talent Acquisition, you will lead global commercial talent strategy while working hybrid in London.

You will manage and develop a squad of 3 Commercial TA Specialists and Partners, balancing their workload and driving performance. Act as a strategic partner to Regional VPs and Directors, providing market intelligence, compensation trends, and capacity planning. Own the Commercial Hiring Playbook, refining assessment frameworks and interviewer training for fast, fair processes.

Roll up your sleeves for cornerstone senior hires across the organization while owning the narrative of commercial hiring data. Analyze funnel velocity, quality-of-hire metrics, and cost-per-hire to drive improvements. Partner with Marketing on global employer brand and champion DE&I throughout the selection process.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in Commercial recruiting with at least 2+ years managing people in high-growth B2B SaaS or FinTech
  • Understand how to get the best from your team and champion an open and transparent culture
  • Deep understanding of the B2B SaaS market and how to engage exceptional talent
  • Coach mindset: find satisfaction in team targets and career growth over personal reqs
  • Expert in Greenhouse or similar ATS, leveraging automation and data to remove recruiting friction
  • Track record building high-trust partnerships with C-suite and VP-level stakeholders as truth-teller on market conditions
  • Thrive in scale-up environment, thinking five miles ahead while executing the current mile

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of Commercial TA Specialists and Partners, managing their growth, performance, and workload balancing
  • Act as a high-level consultant to Commercial leadership with market intelligence, compensation trends, and capacity planning
  • Own the Commercial Hiring Playbook, refining assessment frameworks, rubrics, and interviewer training
  • Manage senior level cornerstone hires across the organization
  • Own commercial hiring data narrative, analyzing funnel velocity, quality-of-hire metrics, and cost-per-hire
  • Partner with Marketing to position ComplyAdvantage as top destination for Commercial talent through talks and campaigns
  • Lead inclusive hiring as DE&I Champion, ensuring equitable selection process free of systemic bias
