This Content Lead role owns planning, producing, and distributing content across the funnel, from SEO strategy and thought leadership to lifecycle emails and sales enablement. You'll build and run the content engine, combining strong writing with marketing strategy and lightweight production management. Turn deep product and domain knowledge into content that educates, engages, and drives growth.

Work closely with the CMO, Product Marketing, and subject matter experts to strengthen Avvoka’s brand and support pipeline. Understand buyer personas, competitive landscape, and legal workflows to create compelling content. Legal experience is a strong advantage for our discerning audience.

Requirements

  • Strong writing skills to produce accurate, practical, and useful content for discerning legal audiences
  • Marketing strategy experience to own content across the funnel from SEO to sales enablement
  • Ability to understand buyer personas, competitive landscape, and nuances of legal workflows
  • Lightweight production management for multimedia like webinars, podcasts, and design assets
  • Legal experience a strong advantage
  • Proficiency in content measurement including traffic, rankings, engagement, and pipeline influence

Responsibilities

  • Own the content strategy and calendar across awareness, consideration, and conversion including SEO, campaigns, and lifecycle
  • Partner with Product Marketing and Sales to align messaging to personas, use-cases, and pipeline priorities
  • Define measurement and reporting for traffic, rankings, engagement, MQLs, influenced pipeline, and email performance, then iterate based on results
  • Create and edit high-quality content yourself
  • Coordinate multimedia production including webinars, podcasts, video snippets, and design assets through internal partners and external freelancers
  • Build and run Avvoka’s content engine combining writing, marketing strategy, and production management
