Design global campaign strategies from scratch, driving experimentation and cross-functional collaboration. Lead a GTM Pod alongside a Product Marketing Manager, making decisions on demand-generation initiatives. Own the budget to allocate across channels for maximum cost-efficiency and ROI.

Requirements
- Experience as a demand generation operator designing campaign strategies
- Built a successful demand-generation machine in a single market
- Ready to scale demand generation playbook globally
- Expertise in ABM strategy, architecture, and Named Accounts targeting
- Proven ability driving pipeline, MRR, and engaged account flow
- Cross-functional collaboration to create insight-driven growth
- Data-driven mindset for experimentation and ROI optimization
- Skills in account funnel design and conversion rate improvement
Responsibilities
- Define the strategy for generating demand for the Product
- Lead a cross-functional GTM Pod and steer demand-generation initiatives
- Contribute to monthly reports, justifying spending decisions and marketing ROI
- Own and allocate the budget across demand-generation and capture channels
- Define ABM strategy, hypotheses, personas, and targeting for Named Accounts
- Build and maintain the account funnel framework and progression rules
- Launch campaigns fast, test relentlessly, and refine based on feedback
- Develop key campaign assets like ads, emails, landing pages, and partner for localization
