Lincoln International is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to join its global Talent Acquisition Team, based in London. This role will lead the talent acquisition effort across Europe, initially driving progress on three key strategic projects in collaboration with the broader global and local teams.

Day-to-day responsibilities include introducing AI within selection tools and processes, managing a pan-European campus strategy and intern hiring effort, and reviewing opportunities to streamline and integrate recruitment systems. The Talent Acquisition Manager will also focus on recruiting M&A, Valuations, and Capital Advisory bankers at Associate and Analyst levels across European offices.

This role sits within a tightly integrated global team of more than 1,400 professionals across 30 offices in 14 countries, offering an unobstructed perspective on the global private capital markets. The successful candidate will help foster and drive the brand, passion, and culture that has been at the core of Lincoln’s success.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English and either French or German is required.
  • Relevant professional experience in talent acquisition, preferably within professional services or investment banking.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to interface with many different stakeholders.
  • Experience managing strategic recruitment projects, including AI implementation and systems integration.
  • Proven track record in campus recruiting and early careers strategy development.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to work across global and local teams.
  • Knowledge of recruitment technology and selection tools.

Responsibilities

  • Drive progress and implementation for three key Talent Acquisition projects across Europe.
  • Introduce AI within local and global selection tools and processes, including provider evaluation, stakeholder management, and further development.
  • Drive a pan-European campus strategy and associated intern hiring effort across Europe.
  • Review opportunities to streamline, integrate, upgrade and standardize recruitment processes and tools, leveraging system capabilities.
  • Lead the recruitment and selection of talented M&A, Valuations, and Capital Advisory bankers at Associate and Analyst levels across European offices.
  • Foster and drive the brand, passion, and culture that has been at the core of Lincoln’s success.
